Sam Ellefson
Sam Ellefson is a stand-up comedian originally from a suburb of a suburb in Minnesota, now based in Denver, Colorado. Known for his down-to-earth Midwest storytelling style combined with charm and quick wit, Sam's comedy draws from his small-town naivety and "Minnesota Nice" attitude colliding with the realities of the wider world to create whimsical and hilarious observations. He started his comedy career in the Pacific Northwest with a parody late-night talk show in college that earned him two Northwest Emmy nominations, and has since become a regular at the world-famous Comedy Works in Denver, winning the 2025 Comedy Fort's Funniest Competition.
