Where Craft Sake Meets Japanese Street Food
Denver Comedy Lounge shares its home with Colorado Sake Co., the state's first craft sake brewery. That partnership shapes everything on our menu. We pour over 50 premium sakes brewed on-site with Colorado mountain water — from crisp, dry junmai to aromatic daiginjo — alongside rare Japanese whiskies and house cocktails built around seasonal ingredients. The kitchen draws from the Japanese izakaya tradition: small plates designed to share, from hand-folded pork belly bao buns and crispy karaage chicken to delicate sashimi and gyoza. No two-drink minimums, no microwave appetizers. Just thoughtfully crafted food and drink that elevate a night of live comedy into something you will remember long after the last punchline.
