Where Craft Sake Meets Japanese Street Food
Denver Comedy Lounge shares its home with Colorado Sake Co., the state's first craft sake brewery — and that partnership shapes everything we pour. Twelve house sakes on tap, brewed on-site with Colorado mountain water, from crisp, dry junmai to aromatic daiginjo. Our cocktails are built on Genshu, our undiluted sake, and we pour the world's first sake seltzer. The kitchen draws from the Japanese izakaya tradition: small plates made to share — pork belly bao, grilled kushiyaki skewers, hand-rolled sushi, sashimi, and gyoza. No two-drink minimums, no microwave appetizers. Just thoughtfully crafted food and drink that turn a night of live comedy into something you'll remember long after the last punchline.
