Terms of Service

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Denver Comedy Lounge management.
• If a show is cancelled by the venue, ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another show.
• Tickets are limited to 10 per transaction per tier. Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited.
• Each ticket includes a unique QR code for check-in. Screenshots and digital copies are accepted at the door.
• Doors open at the time listed on your ticket confirmation. Late arrivals are seated on a best-available basis.

Late Arrival Policy

Tickets not checked in within 15 minutes of the scheduled showtime may be released for resale at Denver Comedy Lounge's sole discretion. Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and are not entitled to a refund. All ticket sales are final.

Age Policy

Denver Comedy Lounge is a 21+ venue. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests under 21 are not permitted, including infants and children.

Venue Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated beyond safe limits, or behaving in a manner that interferes with the enjoyment of other guests or performers.
• Heckling and disruptive behavior during performances are not tolerated.
• Please silence your phone before the show begins.
• Denver Comedy Lounge is an intimate venue. Please be respectful of the space, performers, and fellow audience members.

Recording & Photography

Audio and video recording during performances is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the venue and performing artist. Photos may be taken before and after shows and during intermissions. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Food & Beverage

Denver Comedy Lounge operates a full sake bar and food menu in partnership with Colorado Sake Co. We encourage guests to enjoy our full sake bar and food menu. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Private Events

Private event bookings are subject to a separate agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless the venue cancels the event. Full terms are provided in the private event contract.

Liability

Denver Comedy Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. By entering the venue, you acknowledge that comedy performances may contain adult language and themes. The views expressed by performers are their own and do not reflect the views of Denver Comedy Lounge or its staff.

Website Use

• Our website is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep show listings and pricing accurate but do not guarantee that all information is current at all times.
• Our AI chat assistant (Yuki) provides general information about the venue and is not a substitute for direct communication with our staff.
• Automated scraping, bot access, or any use of the site that places unreasonable load on our servers is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or attendance at our venue constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
